1. Acceptance

This license terminates when you remove or delete a User Submission from the Website.
You further agree not to:

You acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies against bibamax.cc in this regard. bibamax.cc may refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any User Submission at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7. Account Termination Policy

10. Warranties

11. Warranty Disclaimer
Your use of bibamax.cc is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bibamax.cc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Website and your use thereof. bibamax.cc makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Website’s content or linked third-party sites and assumes no liability for:

Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Website.

14. Assignment

If any term or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other terms, and the invalid provision shall be severed from the Agreement.
15. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court located in the Philippines. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts and consent to the service of process in any legal proceeding.
